Applying for Approval of General Practice Postgraduate Education Courses

Summary of Approval Process

1.     Fill in an application form.  

2.     We will notify you (preferably by email) that your course has been approved (or contact you to clarify/amend if necessary)

3.     We will then send you:

bulletEvaluation of learning / reflective notes forms
bullet Blank register
bulletEvaluation / feedback forms

 

Return the Register and Evaluation Forms to the GP Education Office
